Sandra Bullock Signs On For An All-Female "Ocean's 11" Reboot

Bullock's longtime pal George Clooney is slated to produce the new film.

Because the one thing Hollywood needs more of is reboots comes a report that congenial, gravity-enthusiast (and one-time floater of hope) Sandra Bullock will star in an upcoming all-female Oceans 11 reboot.

This is the second time of recent that Bullock has snatched what was once Clooney's; her role in the new film Our Brand Is Crisis was originally written for Clooney.

According to the report via The Playlist, Clooney will serve as a producer alongside the 2001 remake's original director Steven Soderbergh.

The film will be directed by Gary Ross (The Hunger Games) and the screenplay will be penned by Olivia Milch (Little Women).

No other details have been given at this time, but we say they keep the role of Tess a female and make Sandy Bullock's character a lesbian. If we have to see a reboot of an already rebooted film, might as well give us a little twist.
