Sarah Michelle Gellar and  Alyson Hannigan had a Buffy the Vampire Slayer reunion this weekend, 12 years after the show went off the air.

Gellar was a guest at the birthday party for Hannigan's 3-year-old daughter, Keeva, and took an Instagram with her former co-star.

"I thought I was good with the crafts, till I went to this party #CraftMaster," she wrote. "Thanks for having the #PrinzeFamily I've never seen a farm and pony rides in Santa Monica before #NowIveSeenItAll."

Hannigan's husband, Alexis Denisof, also appeared on Buffy—and its spinoff series, Angel—as rogue Watcher Wesley Wyndam-Pryce. The two have another daughter, 6-year-old Satyana.

Gellar has been married to actor Freddie Prinze, Jr. since 2002. The couple have two children—daughter Charlotte, 5, and son Rocky, 2.

Earlier in the week, SMG paid tribute to Buffy with an Instagram montage.
