Here come da Judges! This week’s judges’ table featured Michelle Visage, Aisha Tyler, RuPaul, Amber Rose & Santino Rice. Dang, Amber! Those boots were make for stalking!
The “Snatch Game” returned to RuPaul’s Drag Race this week. After providing some of Season 2’s most hilarious moments, largely thanks to Pandora Boxx’s fab take on Carol Channing and Tatianna’s surprisingly witty impression of Britney Spears, expectations were high for this challenge’s second coming.
Did it deliver? Well, there many not have been as many moments of laugh-out-loud brilliance as last year, but I did have to give props to Raja for her twisted take on Tyra Banks’ vendetta with Naomi Campbell, Manila Luzon’s daffy version of Imelda Marcos (loved the shoes!), and Alexis Mateo’s genius tribute to “a butch, pregnant Alicia Keys.” But really – it was all about Stacy Layne Matthews rocking her Mo’nique in “Precious” drag. The head-rag, the cigarette, the scowl…. It was beyond.
If you loved it, watch some bonus “Snatch Game” clips below!
Of course, another episode means another gal got sent home. And this queen did not fare as well during the “Snatch Game”… But she’s still a winner, Baby.
SPOILER ALERT: After the jump, get into out quick Q&A with the diva who was sent striding back home after this week’s episode.

Fine and feathered and set free, Miss Mariah (Paris) Balenciaga
I can’t lie. Mariah – aka Mariah (Paris) Balenciaga — was one of my favorite contestants on this season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. When I met her in Los Angeles earlier in the season, and had the chance to interview her, she brought soooo much pizazz, smarts, humor, warmth and dishy fierce attitude, I couldn’t resist. She was snappy and just oozes charm, straight out of the ATL. And hey… I have a soft-spot for stylish ball queens, what can I say?
And yes, kids… She always delivered glam on the runway in the show. Maybe she wasn’t the most seasoned actress or performer among the group, but her interviews and confessional moments on the show were to-die-for.
But alas, this past Monday night, the stunning queen with legs like a race horse and “Mug 4 Dayz” was sent home. According to Ru and the judges, her “Snatch Game” portrayal of Joan Crawford was NOT “Mildred Fierce.”
To follow up, we fired a few questions her way. These responses came via email, and honey—the answers came back very succinct and brief. Love that. Miss Mariah Balenciaga is not playin’ with you, okaaayyyy?
