YOUR FAVORITE LOGO TV SHOWS ARE ON PARAMOUNT+

Sashay Away, Week 2: An Exit Interview With this Week's Drag Race Deportee

"Mother always told me to leave them wanting a little floor..."

As the music fades in, you slowly realize. It's just you and the pole. And you're dancing for your life. This week, the gals over at RuPaul's Drag Race did their best Nomi Malone impressions, and worked up on some poles. Sadly, one of the ladies was sent back to where they came from: "DIFFERENT PLACES!@#$!" Or actually, a little bit south of that. Want to find out who went where?

Give me a single, click through the jump, brace yourself for SPOILERS and let's keep this blog party going, shall we?

Nicole Paige Brooks, her memory will cast a long eye shadow.

Nicole, we'll miss you! How do you feel about leaving the show when you did?

I was excited and killed. Excited, because it was making me crazy not being able to talk to my family. I worry so much, I was having trouble sleeping. Silly, now that I think about it. Killed, because I really did want to win.

What was the biggest lesson you learned from the competition?

The biggest lesson that I learned is that I worry too much about my friends and family. They were fine when I was gone, but when it’s your child your mind can go to some crazy places.

Nicole gets serious in the premiere episode's "Gone With the Wind" photo shoot.

What would you like to say to the judges in your defense? Any parting points you'd like to make about your elimination?

I had a blast doing this show no matter the outcome for me. I’ve always said I can only do me. If you want someone that is going to pull their tits out and play with them on stage, then that’s not me. I am not losing my hair, ripping off my costume, or pulling out my tits to win. That’s not my gig.

Who do you think deserves to win RuPaul's Drag Race?

I still think I should have won. I know I should get over it, right? But I also really like Jujubee, her look, her attitude, all of it. Pandora Boxx, she is so clever to me, and I love watching my girl Sonique. I have not seen the rest of the show so that could all change as I see more.

Does Pandora have what it takes to win in that Boxx?

Who was your favorite fellow competitor? Why?

I liked most of them. I love Jujubee. Tatianna and I really clicked right before I left. She is young, so the mama in me came out. She is going to do a lot. I would watch out for her

What was the most difficult thing about the competition?

Not being able to have contact with my family.

What was your favorite moment throughout the competition?

There is so much you don't see on TV. They only show the drama, but for the most part the girls were really cool. Getting to know all them was my favorite part, each one is so different.

Who's the prettiest contestant?

Tatianna is so lovely to me.

Nicest?

Jujubee.

Jujubee does look pretty nice.

Shadiest/Meanest?

Raven. She has said a lot of things on the show that have surprised me. She was really nice to my face.  It’s so fun because this is the second queen named Raven to try and come for me. I guess Ravens just don't like me.

Smartest?

Pandora. You can see she is always thinking, "How can I make this different?"

Most talented?

Pandora

Most overrated?

Tyra. I just saw no personality when I was there; maybe it shows up later.

Maybe you can't see Tyra's personality, because Gurl's distracting you with all those jewels.

Complete this sentence: After leaving RuPaul's Drag Race...

...I just want to go home to my son.

Viewers may have been surprised to learn about your son. Can you tell us a little about how you became a parent?

Lukas is not my biological son. His mother, Shannon, is my best friend and her partner passed away right after Lukas was born. I have my days free, so I would go watch Lukas everyday while Shannon worked. We have evolved into a family unit and are planning on starting the process of making it all legal this year. I'm very excited to put it on paper. With or without that paper, Lukas will always be my son.
