Sean Cody Star Who Blackmailed Republican Businessman Found Guilty

Teofil Brank, better known as Jarec Wentworth on popular gay porn site Sean Cody, was convicted of extortion and other federal charges after being accused of blackmailing a business tycoon about their relationship together.

Brank threatened to share explicit photos of multimillionaire Donald Burns, if Burns didn't pay the porn actor a hefty sum.

According to Courthouse News, "Brank was arrested in an FBI sting at a Starbucks near LAX as he tried to blackmail Burns for $1 million. By that time, Brank had already persuaded Burns to hand over his Audi R8 sports car and wire $500,000 from a Goldman Sachs account to a Wells Fargo bank account under Brank's name."

Another adult film star, Justin Griggs, testified that he had been flown to Burns' home and paid for sex. Griggs admitted he was scared to talk to authorities because of his relationship with a "powerful" individual, who he later revealed was Dreamworks Studio co-founder David Geffen. So far, Geffen has not responded to requests for comment.

Brank will be sentenced in September and faces six to nine years in federal prison.
