The decision of 2016 is no longer who will take the White House in November, but rather, who has the better penis — Orlando Bloom or Justin Bieber?

Thanks to last week's double nude-photo leaks, we got to take a peek at what both Bloom and Bieber are packin'. (Of course, we already learned all about Bieber's anatomy last year, but he was gracious enough to give us a quick reminder.)

Seth Rogen was a guest on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday night, and after admitting that he never passes up an opportunity to search for a leaked celeb dick pic, Andy Cohen asked him which of last week's options he preferred.

Rogen said, like all of us, he had already seen Justin's before, so it wasn't as exciting, but that he thought Orlando's naked body looked great as a whole.

But then he broke it down a bit further.

"Orlando's probably a bigger guy, and proportionally his penis still looked to scale," Rogen rationalized. "Which makes me think overall it's bigger."
