British Prisoners Taking Sexy "Cell-fies" Should Be Charged With Stealing Hearts
Several prisoners using social media behind bars in the UK are living a "life of luxury," according to the Daily Mail. The British tabloid printed a gallery of "cell-fies" taken by the underwear-clad, arm-flexing inmates who've smuggled smartphones into the penal system.
Cellphones and access to social media are officially banned by the UK's Prison Service, but Sonny Barker, a 20-year-old burglar doing eight years at HMP Rochester in Kent, has been tweeting, running his own Facebook page and communicating via WhatsApp since at least 2009.
But the real crime here, according to the Mail, is the fact that he has access to other "luxuries" like toiletries, cake, colorful underwear, sleeping in on the weekends, a refrigerator and a Playstation 2. The nerve!
