Shawn Mendes Gets Intimate With This Dreamy "MTV: Unplugged" Performance Of "Roses"

The singer has just released the acoustic set as a full album.

Shawn Mendes was the first musician featured on the reboot of MTV: Unplugged earlier this year, and the performance was so good that it is now being released as its own album.

The heartthrob kicked off the revival of the acoustic-performance show on September 8 by belting some of his biggest hits, and MTV has just released three bonus performances for our viewing pleasure.

Check out his renditions of "Roses," "Three Empty Words" and "Patience" below.

Mendes' MTV: Unplugged album, which includes re-imagined versions of his hit songs “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back,” “Stitches” and “Mercy,” was released on Friday and is available to download and stream here.
