"Game of Thrones" Star Sophie Turner Confirms She's Been With Girls

"I love a soul, not a gender," she told "Rolling Stone."

In a new interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner revealed she's been with men and women.

The tidbit is buried deep in Rolling Stone's lengthy profile on Turner and her co-star-slash-BFF, Maisie Williams. The pair, who've played sisters Sansa Stark (Turner) and Arya Stark (Williams) since Game of Thrones' premiere in 2011, got real about being best friends and coming-of-age publicly with a very captive audience. The eighth and final season of the hit HBO series is slated to premiere this April; since its debut, it's scored the network a slew of prestigious accolades and millions of loyal viewers.

Turner, who turned 23 this February, also opened up about being engaged. She's planning to tie the knot with Joe Jonas of The Jonas Brothers fame, and she told Rolling Stone she never imagined herself settling down so young.

"I was fully preparing myself to be single for the rest of my life,” she added. “I think once you’ve found the right person, you just know. I feel like I’m much older a soul than I am in age. I feel like I’ve lived enough life to know. I’ve met enough guys to know; I’ve met enough girls to know. I don’t feel 22. I feel like 27, 28."

When writer Brian Hiatt pressed about the "girls" comment, Turner said, “Everyone experiments. It’s part of growing up. I love a soul, not a gender.”

Turner didn't choose to label her sexuality, so we'll refrain from doing so, too. She did, however, confirm that she was jealous of Williams since Arya got to wear "the trousers and boyish clothes!"

“In the beginning, I was jealous of Maisie,” she added, “because she got to do all these sword fights and be the badass. I was like, ‘I know my character is very powerful.’ Sansa adapts better than Arya. If Arya was in Sansa’s situation at the beginning, she would have had her head cut off... It was really frustrating how slow [her character development] was, but it just makes it all the more satisfying. I’m happy she’s only just coming into her power now."

Spoken like a true Stark sister.

Game of Thrones Season 8 premieres Sunday, April 14 on HBO.
