Two schoolboys from South Africa shared a Valentine's Day kiss at school in a video that's going viral for all the right reasons.

In the clip, one young boy waits in the courtyard outside school with balloons and gifts as friends cheer him on. When his boyfriend emerges from class, they scream excitedly before the two embrace and kiss.

"This is so beautiful," wrote Twitter user Brendon Gumede, who shared the video. "Totally made my day."

Ours too, Brendon.

It's also welcome change from the usual narrative in South Africa: While the country was the first in the world to outlaw discrimination based on sexual orientation in its constitution, and the first in Africa to legalize same-sex marriage, LGBT South Africans can often face violence and discrimination.
