It's Spirit Day, when millions of people—including you, right?—are wearing purple to take a stand against bullying and show solidarity with LGBT youth.

As in years past MTV, Logo TV, MTV2 and mtvU will turn all their on-air and online logos purple, and Viacom’s Times Square screens will run anti-bullying messages throughout the day.

Orange is the New Black star Laverne Cox will turn the lights of the Empire State Building purple today, with help from some of the young people profiled in the trans documentary, The T Word, airing Friday, October 17, at 7pm on Logo and MTV.
