Tony The Tiger, Keebler Elf, And Toucan Sam Take A Stand Against Anti-LGBT Bullying For Spirit Day

That's Gr-r-reat!

Some of our most beloved advertising icons are taking part in Spirit Day tomorrow, the annual campaign encouraging people around the world to wear purple and take a stand against anti-LGBT bullying.

Among the recognizable mascots appearing in a video launched by Kellogg’s are Tony the Tiger, Ernie Keebler, Toucan Sam, Snap, Crackle and Pop, and the rooster from Corn Flakes (whose name is actually Cornelius, or “Corny” for short).

Other flesh-and-blood personalities taking part in Spirit Day 2017 are Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Whoopi Goldberg, Christina Aguilera Lily Tomlin, Nico Tortorella, Tatiana Maslany, Mayim Bialik and the cast of Will & Grace, Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, Extra, TRL, The Chew and The View.

Both NewNowNext and Logo will turn their icons purple tomorrow, and share related messaging on social media.
