What we would all give to enjoy dinner at Noma, René Redzepi’s Danish restaurant almost universally heralded as the best in the world. The restaurant’s Nordic/Scandinavian cuisine has become renowned not only for its taste, but also the painstaking time and detail that goes into its preparation.
To that end, Redzepi has always been very shy about letting cameras into his famed kitchen — until now.
Watch above as his staff, representing over 20 nations, prepares the daily “family meal.” There are no set rules Redzepi explains, he just asks that there be something hot, a salad and a dessert.
