Straight People Experience The Absurdity Of Gay Conversion Therapy

What childhood trauma made you straight?

Straight people get to experience the absurdity of so-called "gay conversion therapy" in a sobering new social experiment presented by Buzzfeed.

An interviewer presents heterosexuality as "a mental illness and addiction" during the interviews below, which are allegedly "based on real stories from people who have gone through conversion therapy." All participants are unanimously dumbstruck trying to answer questions like "What childhood trauma made you straight?" and "Do you have a cat?"

"The goal with aversion therapy is to introduce a negative stimulus" to combat unnatural feelings, the interviewer explains.

Though using electroshock trauma as an "aversion technique" in conversion therapy has been banned in several states, he emphasizes the practice by squirting participants with water as they describe sexy pictures of the opposite sex.
