Survivor's Not Happy "Eye Of The Tiger" Was Used At Kim Davis' Release Rally

"I would not grant her the rights to use Charmin!"

Kim Davis is prepared to fight for her misguided beliefs—maybe that's why Mike Huckabee's people chose to blast Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger" as America's most famous paper pusher emerged from the Carter County Detention Center yesterday.

As Davis hoisted her hands to the heavens she was serenaded by the theme from Rocky III. (Hmm, maybe they forgot Rocky got his ass handed to him by Mr. T in that movie?)

But Survivor, who scored an Oscar nomination for "Tiger," is not happy their song was used. On Facebook, lead singer Frankie Sullivan wrote:

“NO! We did not grant Kim Davis any rights to use “My Tune -The Eye Of The Tiger.” I would not grant her the rights to use Charmin [toiler paper]!

C’mom Mike, you are not The Donald but you can do better than that.

Sullivan ended his post "See ya real soon," suggesting he might be pursuing legal action—though we're not sure on what grounds.
