Take A Look Inside New York's "Golden Girls"-Themed Cafe

We're jumpier than a virgin at a prison rodeo!

Picture it: Manhattan, 2017... a Golden Girls fan fulfills a dream to open a restaurant celebrating television's greatest quartet.

Rue La Rue Café—named for the late Rue McClanahan—is thisclose to opening, as images online reveal. Owner Michael La Rue posted photos on Facebook showing the eatery, located in Washington Heights.

LaRue, a close friend of McClanahan, is filling the windows with memorabilia and photos of the star, and placing a timeline of McClanahan’s life, along a wall above the tables. Rue La Rue will also display McClanahan’s Emmy Award, as well as a replica of her star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

Chef Michele Weber's "Betty White Cake" will be on the menu, as well as wraps, salads, soup and wine.

Uncommon Coffee Roasters is working on four unique blends to represent the show's four iconic ladies. (You'll be able to sip their coffee in mugs emblazoned with Rue’s face.)

The exact opening date is still to be announced—a Facebook post shares,"the electrician is coming on Tuesday to wire all the new stuff and then... Rue La Rue Café."

Keep tuned for more info on Rue La Rue and watch Golden Girls weekdays on Logo.
