Restauranteurs have been trying to capitalize on the popularity of Hooters for years—now a Dallas entrepreneur is opening Tallywackers, a bar-restaurant staffed by scantily clad hunks, in the Oak Lawn gayborhood.

Slated to open in May on Lemmon Avenue, Tallywackers is expected to serve phallic food like hot dogs. Owners held a hiring event this weekend for cooks, waiters, hosts and bartenders.

Is servers in boxer briefs against health department regulations?

It's the second such establishment we've heard about in as many months, as a New Orleans businessman is getting ready to open Woodpeckerz, which has been advertising for go-go boys and strippers.
