When it comes to Hollywood hunks, Baby Daddy star Derek Theler is a rare breed. Not only is he impossibly gorgeous, but he's also smart, funny, and self-aware.

Earlier this year, Derek (who turns 29 today) and his girlfriend went to the desert to act out their own version of Naked & Afraid, so as Derek celebrates his birthday, let's celebrate his birthday suit

Hour 18 #NakedAndAfraidAdventure. The Viperconda bit @derektheler on the leg. He is suffering from a fever & vivid hallucinations. Hope we can make it to the extraction point. It's a 0.07 mile hike from the shelter.
