This weekend, comic-book fans, gamers, movie buffs and pop-culture aficionados flooded New York Comic Con.

The event always generates lots of news, with game demos, trailers and more debuting over the three-day fanfest. But the real stars are the always amazing cosplay costumes created by the fans themselves.

Matteo Lane hit the convention floor and asked attendees about their inspired cosplay looks.

Even celebrities got in on the fun: Avengers' star Mark Ruffalo and Suicide Sqaud's Jared Leto disguised themselves to keep fans from recognizing them.
