'The Daily Show' Tackles DOMA In Supreme Court: WATCH
We all knew that this week's Supreme Court hearings would get The Daily Show treatment, and last night Jon Stewart managed to do what he does best and break down the DOMA hearing in the most simple, and hysterical, way possible.
Watch above as Stewart wonders is Justice Scalia actually watches cable these days, argues that gays are far less of a threat to national security than cell phones or the Internet and gives Justice Kagan some props for, well, basically, just showing how awful Congress was when they passed DOMA in 1996 by using their own words.
Sadly, we got no skim milk marriage segment, and for that we are a little pissed.
Guess we can always hope for next week...
