After months of salivating over photos and days of examining every frame of the crappy Entertainment Tonight teaser, the full trailer for this summer’s Showgirls-meets-Boogie Nights-meets-Burlesque-meets-Steven Soderbergh probable blockbuster (but definite cult hit) Magic Mike hit the internet last night, and oh is it magnificent!
Rihanna‘s “We Found Love”! Channing Tatum’s dry sense of humor! The fact that he just wants to make cool tables (Haha! But sure!) The unbearable hotness! So it seems a little bit predictable and a lot like one of those movies that gets slow at the end (we’re nervous about that whole “camping on the beach” segment), but otherwise it seems perfect enough to make the summer of 2012 the summer of the male stripper. If only the real ones were as hot as Channing Tatum and Matt Bomer (and, we guess: Matthew McConaughey.) June 29th!!
