The New 'Stoker' Trailer Is The Most Beautiful Thing You Have Ever Seen

Park Chan-Wook shot to international fame with his film Oldboy, and for his first American film, Stoker, he has acquired quite the cast, with Nicole Kidman, Matthew Goode and the amazing Mia Wasikowska. Even better than that, however, is his new trailer for the film, which is one of the greatest trailers we have ever seen. Possibly the greatest.

Set to Emily Wells haunting' "Becomes the Color," the promo recreates the stunning pencil work of the film's poster (seen below) while also invoking the feel of this gothic tale. Bonus props to the shot where Kidman's hair becomes a field of grass.

The film tells the story of a troubled teen (Wasikowska) whose mysterious uncle (Goode) moves in following her father's death. And it looks like both mother (Kidman) and daughter have a thing for their new visitor.

Watch the trailer above, and catch Stoker in theaters next year.

Oh, and also of note, Stoker was written by hottie Wentworth Miller.
