Last year’s O Music Awards brought out Neon Trees, Neon Indian, Big Freedia, Karmin, Jackson Browne and The Flaming Lips breaking Jay-Z’s world record for the most live shows performed in 24 hours, and this year they are going to be even bigger.

On June 19, The O Music Awards will kickoff with Roots band leader and Jimmy Fallon fave Questlove starting a 24-hour-drum-a-thon that will serve as the heartbeat for “Live Music Day,” 24-hours of live music from around the world.

There will also be more awards, in new categories like Next Big Scene, Most Inspiring Fan Outreach and Analog Genius, and some very hot acts that will soon be announced.

So get excited and get ready, this is going to be major.
