As NBC’s The Sing Off, the a capella competition reality series spawned in the wake of Glee’s popularity, barrels along towards the third season live finale, we have to admit we’re secretly obsessed with a certain Texas quintet. Sure the boys of the Dartmouth Aires are charming and we had a huge crush on the ladies of Delilah even when their vocals weren’t up to par, but that all pales in comparison to Pentatonix. The four guys and one girl group have actually taken the a capella competition to a transcendent level, turning in inventive takes that stretch the bounds of music making. And it doesn’t hurt that they’re all equally pleasant to look at.

For those of you not in the know, we’ve gathered video footage of some of their best moments this season -

"Your Love Is My Drug" - The remixed center here is like a caramel treat surrounded by already delicious chocolate. We hate to admit that Kesha

Britney Spears Medley - The holy grail of a capella, to ironically sing a Spears pop hit. Yet Pentatonix manages to avoid the cliched, “aw shucks” schtick the plagues most other groups when they go after the pop princess and remix "Oops," "Toxic" and "Hold It Against Me" in a way that sonically replicates and pays homage to the Spears songs instead of parodying them, while creating something uniquely Pentatonix in the process. If they don’t win this competition, something isn’t right in the world.
