Ryan Murphy Confirms The End of Glee

Don't freak out but Ryan Murphy has confirmed Glee will end after Season 6: “The whole [last] year of the show—which will be next year —was really designed around Rachel-Finn story. I always knew that. I always knew how it would end,” Murphy told reporters Wednesday night in L.A.. “I knew what the last shot was — he was in it. I knew what the last line was; she said it to him. So when a tragedy like that happens you sort of have to pause and figure out what you want to do.”

Murphy says he'll pitch the new ending to the network next month.  Until then, Glee chugs along as normal—or normal for Glee anyway.

Glee Welcomes Back Baby Blaine

baby blaine gleeWhat's better than Darren Criss?  A tinier, cuter version of Darren Criss, of course: Glee is welcoming back Baby Blaine in episode six (his last appearance was in Season 3's "Big Brother" episode that guest starred Matt Bomer). Co-creator Brad Falchuck tweeted the adorable shot above, of the actor playing baby Blaine, bowtie and all.

The tiny tot is part of a flashback in the rumored Billy Joel tribute episode, which looks at the seniors futures and features a Sam and Blaine trip to New York to explore post-graduation options.  Another big rumor is that Blaine is considering giving up performing arts for a career in medicine. (See that game of Operation he's playing?) We're not sure how we feel about that—except that the power duo of a Vogue editor and a Manhattan doctor would make the future Hummel-Andersons the Big Apples most powerful power couple.

And that we'd want to schedule all our physicals with Dr. Anderson.

Naya Rivera Goes Gown Shopping

Hot off the heels of her engagement to rapper Big Sean, Naya Rivera is wasting no time iand shopping for a dress for the big day.  On October 12 Rivera visited the Monique Lhuillier boutique in Beverly Hills, with a large posse of girlfriends, her mother and sister, and Glee castmate Kevin McHale. Artie may be fashionphobic, but in real life McHale is the most fashionable of the gleeks by far, and even chatted with some of the saleswomen about dress options. (Lhuillier is one of the go-to designers for stars like Carrie Underwood, Pink and Reese Witherspoon.)

No official dress decisions yet for Rivera, but we're sure she'll look flawless when the day comes.

Glee Cast Make Billboard Charts History

The cast of Fox's Glee already has the record for the most entries in the Billboard Hot 100. This week they upped that number by one, to 207, with the arrival of their version of Bob Dylan's  "Make You Feel My Love."  The song, which appeared in the Cory Montieth tribute episode, "The Quarterback," debuted on the Hot 100 at No. 84.

Adam Lambert Makes Glee Debut November 7

Adam Lambert joins the show on November 7 as Starchild, someone auditioning for Kurt's Madonna cover band. With a name like Starchild, of course, he can't have a typical audition:  In the preview clip below we see him swinging from the chandeliers as he sings Gaga's "Marry The Night." There's no way he doesn't get a spot, right?

But can Kurt make room for another diva?

miley cyrusIs Glee Gunning For Miley Cyrus?

We already know the next episode is a Gaga-Katy showdown, but now it looks like Episode 5 will hit us like a wrecking ball. It's called "The End of Twerk," which has everyone thinking it's going to be a Miley Cyrus episode.

Little Marley (Melissa Benoist) is reportedly covering “Wrecking Ball,” but might Miley make a cameo as a dine-and-dasher at Santana's eatery? And what other Miley songs would you want to hear? "Party in the U.S.A"? "We Can't Stop?"
