Everybody Is Living For "The Wizard Of Oz": WATCH

The Wizard of Oz returns to theaters today, in a blazing 75th anniversary, 3D edition, and we couldn't be more excited. In fact we're sitting here typing this with our 3D glasses on. (It's giving us a damn migraine, but it's worth it.)

We're not the only ones clicking their heels for the re-release: The other week, Lady Gaga gave an Oz-inspired performance of "Applause" on Good Morning America, quick-changing into Dorothy, Glinda and her ARTPOP persona, as winged monkeys, the Tin Man and Cowardly Lion danced around her.

""This is my way of getting to Oz to have all my dreams come true. Whatever we had to do to get past the evil monkeys and the Wicked Witch, Dorothy was able to transform in order to survive," LG told GMA's Robin Roberts. "By transforming into Glinda and then transforming at the end into the wizard who was just Dorothy herself—me."

Pentatonix and Todrick Hall teamed up for "The Wizard of Ahhhs" in July, a mashup of recent pop hits that perfectly dovetail with the tale of Dorothy and her oddball companions sashay down the yellow-brick road.

Even Andrew Lloyd Webber has Emerald City fever: The Evita impresario launched a U.S. tour of his Wizard of Oz musical last week, with Harold Arlen's original compositions joined with some new songs from Webber  and Tim Rice.

Of course everyone loves the original. Well, except these guys.
