Stu Hausmann and DeAndré Upshaw had been together 6 years when Upshaw decided it was the right time to pop the question. Luring his boyfriend into the car with promises of an extravagant brunch, Upshaw surprised his soon-to-be fiancé with an incredible lip-sync proposal.

Luckily for us, Upshaw (pictured above on the left with Hausmann) caught the entire thing on tape, which shows him (along with dozens of the Dallas couple's close friends and family) lip-syncing to Tegan and Sara's "Closer." The video features all the trappings of a great gay proposal: rainbow-colored robes, a "twerking marching band" and, of course, some truly sickening choreography.
