Toad Hall is a recent addition to the Castro scene, taking over in the space formerly housing The Pendulum, just across the street from Badlands.

Nice atmosphere, and there's an outdoor patio. Some folks complain about the "cash only" policy, and say the bar needs to find itself and have more personality; others like its simply stylish vibe and the pop music on offer. Go see for yourself!
