Glee's Chris Colfer got "arrested" by some British bobbies (and apparent fans) while sigining his children's book, The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell. We can imagine he'd be very popular in the clink.

Speaking of crimes and misdemeanors, designers Dolce and Gabbana have been found guilty of tax evasion and sentenced to  a 20-month suspended sentence. Too bad, we would've loved to see their take on the old orange jumpsuit.

You better catch Jane Lynch in Annie quick. The Glee star is being replaced in the show by Broadway pro Faith Prince (Guys and Dolls, TV's Spin City), who tackles the role of Miss Hannigan starting July 19.

The suspect in the hate-crime murder of a New York gay man is anything but remorseful for his heinous actions. “Gay thought he was tough in front of his bitch, so I shot him. Diagnosis is dead, doctor,” suspect Elliot Morales told the police after being arrested for the May 17 homicide.

Totally heterosexual NFL veteran Kerry Rhodes (left) is claiming he might be the babydaddy of Kim Kardashian's infant daughter, not totally heterosexual rapper Kanye West: Rhodes, who appears in several of incriminating photos, tweeted, “Man this could be my baby!! Are pigs flying? Because another Senate Republican has endorsed gay marriage: In an op-ed about lesbian foster parents, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) wrote: "Our government does not meet this family halfway and allow them to be legally recognized as spouses. After their years of sleepless nights, after-school pickups and birthday cakes, if one of them gets sick or injured and needs critical care, the other would not be allowed to visit them in the emergency room – and the children could possibly be taken away from the healthy partner... This first-class Alaskan family still lives a second-class existence."

A new report from the Annals of Internal Medicine is issuing a meningitis warning before the humongous Pride celebration in New York City.
