Talk about an American Doll Posse.

Fiery piano siren, and longtime LGBTQ ally, Tori Amos, has released a new book, Resistance: A Songwriter’s Story of Hope, Change, and Courage. It is being described as a “timely and passionate call to action for engaging with our current political moment,” using the songs from Tori’s vast catalog as anchors for each section of the book.

Amos recently sat down with NewNowNext to discuss everything from her new book and upcoming album to working with makeup magician Kevyn Aucoin, and if she has ever seen a Tori Amos drag queen.

"I haven't. I've heard they exist," Amos reveals. When asked if she had any tips for aspiring Tori Amos drag queens, the Scarlet's Walk songstress didn't have any suggestions, but confessed that "whoever does it will do her better than I can."

The most exciting piece of drag-related news is that Amos dreams of joining the likes of Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga, and Christina Aguilera by being a guest judge on RuPaul's Drag Race.

"I’d love to. I would love to do that," she tells NewNowNext. "That would make my world."

Can you imagine a Night of a 1,000 Toris runway challenge? From the Choir-Squirrel Hotel? The episode pretty much writes itself. And a "Professional Widow (Armand Van Helden Remix)" Lip Sync For Your Life would be instantly iconic.
