Derek Hough and his best pal and fellow Dancing With the Stars champ Mark Ballas have bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house together together in Studio City, California.

According to E! News, the property went for $1.275 million, which got them a 3,235-square-foot home with mountain views, maid quarters and, ahem, one master suite.

In 2011 Ballas told Huffington Post that “There is one gay cast member,” but didn't elaborate.

Ballas and Hough, who also rock together in the Ballas Hough Band, met on the competitive ballroom-dance circuit: Derek and sister Julianne lived with Mark's family when they were kids.
