Neil Patrick Harris, the most tireless entertainer in Hollywood, isn't going to slow down when How I met Your Mother comes to an end next year. He's going to make a return to Broadway ... in Hedwig And The Angry Inch.

He will play the title character, an East German-born, transgender rock singer. The production will be the first Broadway mounting of the show, which features a book by John Cameron Mitchell and music and lyrics by Stephen Trask.

This makes so much sense. The first Broadway production needs someone of Neil's multi-talents, and I'm sure he's more than up to the challenge.
