F**k Tracy Morgan! Let’s Give It Up and Go Support Fierce Comics We Love!

So, yes… Looks like Tracy Morgan has done gone and lost what little he had left of his mind; a few nights ago he went on some hateful, demented anti-gay tirade onstage in Nashville. WTF? As the wise Yara Sofia of RuPaul’s Drag Race would advise: “Pull yourself together, Darling!!!”

Anyway… Morgan has since apologized, but really: Who needs dumbass hateful comics anway? There are plenty of legendary funny people out there who fight for our side. Ellen DeGeneres! Kathy Griffin! Lisa Lampanelli! Joan Rivers! Sandra Bernhard! Tracy Morgan has apologized, but whatevs… She’s clearly a mess, so I’m over it.

And this week, why not get out and support some of the funny people who support us? For example, tonight in Milwaukee, as part of their big fab PrideFest going on, you can see Oscar-winning funny woman Mo’Nique onstage strutting her amazing stuff. Yes, Honey! An Academy-Award Winner is performing at Pride in Milwaukee. Suck on that, Tracy Morgan! (And better yet, Drag Race‘s own Stacy Layne Matthews will be opening for her. Heaven!)

And at other Pride bashes this weekend, you can see Margaret Cho performing as part of L.A. Pride’s Mainstage on Sunday, and in Philadelphia, the hilarious and genius Aisha Tyler is going to be headling their Philly Pride shenanigans, also on Sunday.

And back in NYC, out and fabulous Mario Cantone will bring his set to Caroline’s on Broadway for a special series of shows next weekend! And, of course, the legenary Sandra Bernhard is currently touring with her new show “I Love Being Me, Don’t You?”, and she’ll rock San Francisco during Pride Weekend (June 24-25).

So, Tracy Morgan, blah blah blah… I’ve moved on already, thanks.
