A transgender woman who live streamed her community service supervisor sexually harassing her says she exposed the man for her own safety, and recorded their conversation as proof because she feared "no one would believe" her.

"I didn't want him touching me," Makana Milho told Hawaii News Now.

Milho explained she was ordered to perform community service for shoplifting a handbag from a department store to pay her rent, but was humiliated on the fifth day of her service when the supervisor cornered her in a park bathroom and grabbed her behind, asking for sexual favors.

That's when Milho turned on Facebook Live, which streamed the disgusting comments live from her purse which was sitting nearby.

"I'm doing my community service and this guy, he's been propositioning me, asking me about my tits," Milho says at the beginning of the video. "He's coming soon but I'm going to leave it online so you guys can all see and see what he's talking about. It's disgusting."

From that point, the supervisor is heard discussing his sexual conquests for several minutes before propositioning Milho, even promising she can finish her service early in exchange for sexual favors.

“So if I like don’t, you know, do sexual stuff, I just gotta stay till 1 o’clock?” Milho is heard asking the supervisor.

He answers: “Yeah, because if not we gotta go back and do whatever."

Milho told Hawaii News Now, "I was thinking in my head, he can do basically anything to me."

"My power was stripped away from me," she added. "I felt like a nobody because he had that power over me. He could have easily called my PO (probation officer) and made something up and I could have gotten into more trouble."

The video went viral, racking up thousands of views in two days and prompting an investigation by Honolulu Police. The supervisor, who remains unnamed, is reportedly on unpaid leave pending the investigation.
