Trixie Mattel's Documentary Will Have Its World Premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival

With a special post-screening live performance by the skinny legend herself!

The lineup for the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival has been announced.

While scrolling through the list of movies being screened, one title caught our eye and made us pause our Two Birds, One Stone record: A documentary about Trixie Mattel will have its world premiere at the festival.

According to the press release, Trixie Mattel: Moving Parts, written and directed by Nick Zeig-Owens, follows the All Stars Season 3 winner on her successful tours but will also show "the grind of performing and the pressure of the title proves that heavy is the head that wears the tiara."

Not only will the doc be shown at Tribeca, but following the screening there will be a special performance by the skinny legend herself!

Passes for the festival are on sale now, with tickets for single screenings going on sale March 26. Tribeca also notes that 13% of the filmmakers behind this year's selections identify as LGBTQ.

Will we see you there, squirrel friends?

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 11 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on VH1.
