At 8pm on MTV, four young survivors of the Pulse nightclub massacre, the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history, share their stories on True Life: We Are Orlando.

At 10pm on TNT, Major Crimes returns as Flynn and Tao investigate the mysterious overdose of a young actor on a superhero-themed TV show. Out funnymen Jonathan Slavin and Sam Pancake appear, as do Missi Pyle and Twin Peaks star Sherilyn Fenn.

Drake Bell, Shark Tank’s Lori Greiner, Glee’s Heather Morris and Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser compete on the season finale of Cupcake Wars at 8pm on the Food Network. Jonathan Bennett hosts.

Jesus and a super-stressed Mariana head to the robotics competition on Freeform’sThe Fosters at 8pm.


At 9pm, AXS TV marks the 39th anniversary of Elvis Presley’s death with Elvis Lives!, which examines what the world would be like if the King hadn’t died.

It’s the return of Paige McCullers on Freeform’s Pretty Little Liars at 8pm, when Emily applies to be a swim coach, only to learn her ex-girlfriend is up for the same job.

At 9pm, the counselors on Dead of Summer think the horror is behind them, but there are still terrors for them to face.

At 10pm, the Scream finale on MTV sees Emma and Audrey unmasking the killer.

At 9pm, Part 2 of The CW’s docuseries My Last Days profiles courageous people facing terminal illnesses with a zest for life. Tonight features out Latina activist Kat Lazo, who is battling stomach cancer.

At 10:30pm, NBC’s Superstore, Cloud 9 holds a special Olympics promotion, with appearances by Tara Lipinski, Apolo Ohno, McKayla Maroney and SNL’s Cicely Strong.

At 9pm on Syfy on Killjoys, D’av revturns to Arykn, the planet where he spent all that time naked with the green goo.


At 9pm, on the Hallmark Channel original movie Summer Love, Rachael Leigh Cook plays a struggling single mom who takes a job as an intern at company where two different executives take a romantic interest in her. Paging HR!



At 7pm, it’s the closing ceremony of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. No word on whether Tonga’s Pita Taufatofua will revive his celebrated baby-oil routine.

At 9pm, AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead continues its second season as Strand (Big Gay Sketch Show’s Colman Domingo) and his posse wander Mexico during the zombie apocalypse.
