At 9pm on HBO, Viceland debuts the intriguing series Abandoned, which sees skateboarder Rick McCrank visiting urban ruins across the country, from ghost malls and abandoned amusement parks to the deserted resort town of Salton City, California.

Gay filmmaker Will Allen recounts his 20 years under the hypnotic spell of Michel, leader of the Buddha Field community, in his documentary Holy Hell, airing at 8pm on CNN.

As part of a weekend-long celebration of Harry Potter’s birthday, Freeform debuts Tom Felton Meets The Superfans at 12:30am. The doc follows the Harry Potter star as he engages with fans and talks with his former co-stars about the series’ rabid fandom.
