TV on Tap: Madonna Week On “Ellen,” E! Might Give Up On “Fashion Police” And Michael Sam’s “Dancing With The Stars” Debut

At Paleyfest, Jessica Lange confirmed that she is done with American Horror Story, matching her earlier promises to make “Freak Show” her goodbye to the series.

However, the horror anthology will not lack for talent as Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson are joining the show’s upcoming “Hotel” season. Bomer will be playing one of the lead roles, along with Lady Gaga.

With two of its biggest stars gone, the New York Daily News reports that E! is thinking of quietly cancelling Fashion Police, though the channel will still try to find someone who can step into Joan Rivers’ shoes. (It doesn’t sound like they’re optimistic about that search, understandably.)

A former New York Stock Exchange employee is suing for wrongful discrimination after an appearance on The Daily Show. You might remember him as the guy who declared “If you’re poor, stop being poor.” Since then he claims he was fired for “mocking the one percent” which he says violates laws prohibiting firing someone for political activities.

Nashville hunk Oliver Hudson has joined the cast of Scream Queens. He’s taking the role Joe Manganiello was originally cast to play but he had to drop out due to his Magic Mike XXL schedule.

Is Hart of Dixie cancelled? Tweets from series creator Leila Gerstein makes it sound that way.

If MSNBC is cancelling its low-rated shows shouldn’t Morning Joe be on the chopping block? If only the universe were that fair.

The second episode of The Last Man on Earth looked like it took a big drop in the ratings but when you count the first set of DVR viewers it beat Family Guy among younger viewers.
