An investigation by Mother Jones accuses the Animal Planet reality show Call of the Wildman of being staged and of committing animal cruelty in faking the show. The series follows a wildlife rescuer who uses his bare hands to capture wildlife that has gotten too close to areas inhabited by humans. However, Mother Jones says that the animals have been placed for Call of the Wildman scenarios, sometimes putting the safety of the animals at risk.

With CBS' soaps and Days of Our Lives fates secured Deadline says that the remaining soap, General Hospital, will also continue next season, noting that the genre is experiencing a resurgence, with all shows gaining viewers.

There is a Downton Abbey board game where you perform tasks as a maid or footman, with "Carson Cards" interrupting you, presumably to send you back to the beginning because you're wearing the wrong jacket.

The Vampire Diaries (CW) 8:00 PM ET

While TVD doesn't give us its new gay character for a few more weeks, the supernatural soap does reach it's 100th episode tonight and has a few tricks up its sleeve. First, there's the return of Michael Trevino and second, Katherine gets a flashback. (Wait, did they finally remember that she's a really interesting character? I might give TVD another chance).

Community (NBC) 8:00 PM ET

Donald Glover's goodbye to Community takes the form of an epic bon voyage party for Troy, which quickly turns into a competition among the group. Whoever makes the biggest contribution to the party is the only one who will actually miss Troy. That kind of mindset is better than actually contemplating Greendale without Troy.

Parks & Recreation (NBC) 8:30 PM ET

Leslie and Ben find themselves fighting over the local Farmers' Market. Unlike normal couples, they're not fighting about spending their last twenty on the lavender honey or a bottle of olio nuovo, Leslie finds some of the sales techniques rather unsavory.

Rake (Fox) 9:00 PM ET

Fox tries to bring "rake" back into everyday conversation with the latest drama about a scoundrel viewers are expected to find just irresistible. This time the rascal protagonist is a self-destructive criminal defense attorney played by Greg Kinnear. You'd think viewers would be tired of anti-heroes. But since Rake is airing after American Idol FOX clearly has some faith in it.

Under the Gunn (Lifetime) 9:00 PM ET

Oh. Wow. That premiere. Amazing. I didn't think TV needed a mash-up between The Voice and Project Runway until last week.

White Collar (USA) 9:00 PM ET

In order to take down a corrupt stock trader, Peter decides it's worth it to interrupt Diana's maternity leave. Taking care of a newborn! Don't tell Esquire there's another show where a gay person is being boring.

Sean Saves the World (NBC) 9:30 PM ET

What can get Liz and Lorna to work together? How about when Sean decides to give his ex a second chance and they decide to try to sabotage the reconciliation. I'm hoping this scheme also ends up with the schemers hiding in the closet.

King of the Nerds (TBS) 10:00 PM ET

The first season of King of the Nerds was an extremely pleasant surprise. It was genuinely nerdy, adorably funny and had a sincere "geek power" dynamic. Even better, this year there's a gay nerd competing to be the one who sits on the Throne of Games, with Xander, gay gamer, LARPer, otaku and high-speed blinker He sounds wonderful. Someone find a time machine to transport me immediately to 10PM.

Chelsea Lately (E!) 11:00 PM ET

Ross Mathews is on tonight's panel as Chelsea gets ready to chat with Timothy Olyphant.

Gigolos (Showtime) 11:00 PM ET

Showtime's can't-look-away (and not just when there's full frontal male nudity involved) reality drama returns. It looks like there are no major changes this season, except maybe Brace has been spending a little less time in the sun.

The Greatest Event in Television History (Adult Swim) Midnight ET

Jon Hamm died in his attempt. Working with Amy Poehler was contentious and even working with a comedy great like Catherine O'Hara didn't quite succeed. Can working with Paul Rudd lead to the successful creation of the Greatest Event in Television History?
