Like a lot of people, twins Austin and Aaron Rhodes have a YouTube page.

But unlike a lot of people, they have more than 50,000 subscribers—and they decided to both come out as gay to their father in their latest clip.

At first the guys (who are fraternal, not identical) seem pretty chill about the whole thing. But when they get Dad on the phone, and push comes to shove, the pain and anxiety bubbles up and both men are overwhelmed.

It's a feeling anyone who's ever come out—and plenty who haven't—can relate to. It broke our heart to watch, but it also gave us hope that the coming out process is getting easier and will continue to get easier.

Yes, their dad is taken aback— but he's careful with his words, and he ends his message with, "you know I love you both and that'll never change."
