Music, television, sports and activism came together at the Logo Trailblazer Honors, celebrating the people who are helping bring full equality to the LGBT community.
Stars like Adam Lambert, Jason Collins, Teen Wolf's Tyler Posey and Faking It's Michael C. Willett were on hand for the celebration, held at New York's Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
