Unbelievable, Possibly Haunted Private Island For Sale (Or Rent)

For sale: a home on a private island in the Florida Keys with a boat included, a helipad, 19 sliding doors, 360-degree beach views, 5,000 square feet of indoor space, and even a smaller detached guest house for some reason. It's $12 million to buy, but only $5000 per week to rent, which is so low it seems like a misprint! (And we're sure it is. If only they had to honor it!)
But why is it for sale? According to source Zillow.com, the realtor explains: "'When [the owners] bought this property, they had one small child and they spent a lot of time there [on the island],' he said. 'Now they have four children that are almost grown and they don’t go to the island.'" Why don't they go to the island? Why don't the four almost grown-up children want to go to the island? WHAT HAPPENED ON THAT ISLAND?
Whatever, for $5000 a week, it doesn't matter. That moat looks pretty protective!
