Valentine's Day can be a time for romance and dinner and love with that special someone in your life, or it can be a night of take-out and movies in your sweatpants. As huge fans of the latter, we have put together five perfect films to watch this Valentine's Day while the rest of the world is crammed and crowded in an overpriced restaurant pretending to enjoy a pointless tasting menu. What idiots...

Valentine

This movie always looked pretty stupid to us but then we caught it this weekend and boy is it amazing. A crazed killer is going around killing off a group of cool popular girls one by one. It has terror, it has suspense and it has Denise Richards who, given her measurements, does not fare so well. Tears.

My Bloody Valentine

Tom returns to his hometown on the tenth anniversary of the Valentine's night massacre that claimed the lives of 22 people. Instead of a homecoming, however, Tom finds himself suspected of committing the murders, and it seems like his old flame is the only one who will believes he's innocent. How this film escaped Oscar consideration is beyond us.

Valentine's Day

Quite possibly one of the worst movies ever, ever made with a cast that includes 95% of Hollywood. Love clearly does not conquer all.

Blue Valentine

Not a Valentine's Day movie so to speak but it has "Valentine" in the title so it works for us. A cheerful look at the disintegration of a relationship between two beautiful people. It will make you happy you don't have to worry about the whole break-up thing and thrilled to be alone.

Fatal Attraction

Throw on a white nightgown, order some rabbit and kick back.
