I am fairly confident that the delightful V.V. Brown is gonna be a splashy big new star before long. She's got great music, hot style, a chipper attitude (yes, I just used the term "chipper") and she's gorgeous. And she's been racking up appearances on Jimmy Kimmel and Rachael Ray - and Perez loves her, too. So there!
