If that’s not a call-to-action to kick off your Labor Day weekend, I don’t know what is. But it’s also one of the stellar quotes from Chase from these sassy little introductory interviews with the cast of Logo’s forthcoming Texas reality saga, “The A-List: Dallas.”
The show premieres in a month (at 10pm ET on Monday, October 3rd), but it’s time you got to meet the second half of the cast. So get ready for the good Christian wiles of Ashley, the unmitigated candor of Chase, and the laid-back charms of James.
This Dallas crew goes down like a glass of sweet tea (chased with a shot of whiskey) at a gossipy church picnic. That is, if the pastor’s hot college-age son were flirting with you shamelessly.
Anyway… Let’s get to know these fine people!
First up is Ashley. I’m pleased to say I love her already. Turns out Ashley is divinely devout; she loves the Lord. And she loves her husband, shopping, margaritas, tennis and life on the lake. She’s gorgeous, and shes’s got a ripe sense of humor, too. One-half housewife, the other half glamour gal.
I’m not sure how she ended up on “A-List: Dallas” but I think she just let Jesus take the wheel, and the good Lord drove her to a gay bar. Hallelujah!

Chase is a hoot. And he’s funny. And brazenly frank. “Class and charm? I have none of those things,” says he. Though all outer evidence seems to the contrary.
Oh, and apparently he’s fifth-generation Texan, which is kind of serious. AND… Like the quote at the top illustrates, he likes a patio and a strong drink.
Yup, you def want to sit next to him at brunch.
Chase
And then there’s James, who just lays it out flat. He doesn’t work exactly, but he’s got a lot going on, including an Air Force career. Meanwhile, he’s grateful to be able to spend his days kickin’ it, laying out, hitting up happy hour and managing a breakneck social schedule.
And when you meet him, he’s tall. A tall, charming drink of water. Or probably something a bit stronger. Cheers!
