Here’s what’s what: A little gang of NYC gay-boy friends shot a video on Fire Island to commemorate their beachy summer holiday. They used Miley’s tune as the soundtrack and — BOING! — suddenly Perez Hilton’s on it, Advocate.com‘s writing about it, and wee miss Cyrus herself tweeted about how she’s “obsessed” with it!
