Last Friday saw a tons of folks don their best Stevie Nicks drag and twirl like gypsies and witchy women around NYC’s Highline Ballroom for the 20th Annual Night of 1000 Stevies. It’s an annual celebration of all the music and mystique of rock’s original gold dust woman, Stevie Nicks. I went and had a blast… (Full disclosure: I’ve been going for years, and it’s always a legendary night.)
Stevie fans flock from all over the U.S. to pay tribute to their favorite bewitching icon. And so did photographer Kevin Tachman (check his gorgeous Stevies photos at BackstageAt.com) and New York Magazine‘s fabulous Tim Murphy, who served up this killer video.
Big props to the party’s stellar creators Johnny Dynell and Chi Chi Valenti for keeping this rock-n-roll-n-draggy extravaganza spinning after all these years…
