Remember that adorable children's book Are You My Mother?  The one about the baby bird? Indie band Metric's newest video for their song "Lost Kitten" is basically that.  But with voguing!

Starring performer Tynomi Banks as a bewildered beauty lost in Mexico City, the video for the single off Metric's fifth studio album Synthetica is a gorgeously shot reinterpretation of a childhood classic, directed by Sammy Rawal.

Between this and Icona Pop's ballroom battle, it looks like the vogue scene is finally getting some much deserved attention from the indie world.
