Walk Off The Earth Video For "Alright" Is About Empowering LGBT Kids

The band Walk off the Earth is sending a powerful message about self-acceptance in the video for their new single, "Alright."
The video specifically targets transgender youth, and stars a young girl named Ellie who is trying to build up the courage to be herself in public.
"We want to be a part of a positive movement towards acceptance and love of all humans," the band said.
Although they are very proud of the video and the message, there was one thing they wanted to make clear:
"We also hope people know that this video wasn’t made for us to get on our soapbox and preach," they said. "Nor did we make this video because we believe we’re experts or spokespeople. This is really just about showcasing a really amazing person and hoping that her story resonates with people the same way it did with us."
