What a strange summer it’s turning out to be! Who could have predicted, for instance, that a bunch of like-minded hate-mongers (and innocent babies) would gather in a fast food restaurant and sing “God Bless America” (poorly, we’d like to pettily add – we’d like to say a lot of petty things that we’ll refrain from saying, actually) to celebrate their hatred of another group of Americans to whom they wish to deny basic rights. That’s them, above, in Knightdale, North Carolina yesterday, a bunch of bad singers, hurling themselves forcefully at the wrong side of history.
